We chose on the budget that was, we looked at a 5-star hotel, a large area and after reconstruction. But when we arrived here, we were settled in a room from the 90s. There were cheaper options with fewer stars, but decided to go to this hotel.

In Kyiv, Anex Tour worked for all 10 points, but at the place of rest, I would rate their work low. There were no nuances in Kyiv, the girls met all the deadlines that they discussed, they fulfilled everything, the documents were handed over as promised, no questions arose during the transaction. But the guide did not meet our expectations at all. We were ignored, some paid expensive conditions were palmed off, we got just a nightmarish hotel and no one reacted to help in resolving certain issues.
