My nightmare operator
got a phenomenally terrible vacation. I heard bad reviews about the travel agency, but I hoped that this would not happen to me. Operators abroad impose expensive excursions - this is half the trouble, but when they take money and do not give excursions, this is a disaster. In my case, they took the money, but they didn’t take the tour, the money was not returned.
