They bought a tour to the Caucasian Mineral Waters from January 3 to January 5, 2016. We were accompanied by a guide named Irina Gennadievna. Extremely unsociable, tired of her work woman. She didn't react to the group in any way. She was rude. She called her director all the time and told us in front of us that we were a terrible group. This company ruined all the New Year holidays.
