Waste of money, not professional.
06/17 Children were booked a tour package for the wedding in Sharm el-Sheikh on 07/24. Payment 100%. We agreed on a convenient departure time at 14:20. The documents were received by e-mail on 22.07 after 20:00. The operator did not indicate to the children that the time had changed from daytime to nighttime at 2:20. As a buyer, they didn’t send me any documents at all.
