The service at the agency was very good, everything was fast, efficient, we did not have any discomfort. The staff were friendly and explained everything to us. We liked everything about the agency. As for the transfer, the airport was changed for us, instead of Boryspil we flew to Zhuliany, but we only benefited from this, because it was more convenient and closer to home for us.
