Good
We rested on the May holidays. Gathered at the last moment. Tickets were taken per day. We were pleasantly surprised that there were free places in the group. We got a wonderful guide - Vasily - we hope that we will meet with him again .. The group was of 5 people. We went on excursions calmly, at home. We are glad that we contacted this company again, before that we went to Chernihiv - a 1-day trip was excellent.

Взяли тур Прага с 2 экскурсиями + Дрезден + Нюрнберг. Поехали за границу на отдых впервые. Поэтому первый наш тур мы подбирали очень тщательно( просматривали отзывы турагенств, подбирали менеджеров по продажам надежных, приятных в общении, вселяющих надежду на успех поездки, отталкивались от отзывов отелей) Раннее обращались в другие турагенства, которые посеяли в нас страх и неуверенность в поездке, типа надо планировать поездку за пол года и наши желания не совпадают с возможностями, т.

The organization of the trip leaves much to be desired
The organizer Olga is too young to lead the group - she couldn't cope. The time of visiting places during the tour was incorrectly calculated, everyone was in a hurry and late. The tour guide wants the best. In general, the whole trip turned out to be strange. Wasted money and nerves. I do not recommend!
