Rude attitude of staff towards potential customers.
Calling the office, I heard the answer that the manager is now busy, and I was kicked off to another office. In another office, there was no time for me either, and during the day I tried to talk to the company manager 5 times, and on 6 times I was finally lucky. They talked to me in such a way that it seemed to me that I already owed them something.
