The new year was ruined. More precisely, tourists simply - simply did not have the opportunity to mark it. It all started, as they say, from the very first day of the trip. In the signed contract, the point of departure is: the city of Kyiv, departure by bus on 27.12.13 at 23.00. Approximately 2-3 weeks after the signing of the contract, the manager called and said that the operator had decided to organize a departure from Lviv.

Venetian night
Celebrated New Year in Venice. Visited 3 countries, stayed in Austria, Italy, Hungary. The program is well thought out. We went on as many excursions as time allowed. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not impose excursions, those who wished could just walk around the city or visit museums on their own. The head of the group, Inna Zinchuk, was very patient and caring towards all the tourists.
