Wi-fi is weak, poor noise isolation.
Good location, close to the sea, 50 minutes to Rome by high-speed train. Near the reserve. Breakfast is VERY modest - coffee/tea and croissants. There were also apples and cereal.

Individual tour. Professionally!
We went to Italy in May. We needed an individual tour, we wanted the sea to be, and Rome nearby (excursions), and not very expensive. We turned to other agencies, we were told that there were no prices yet or offers such as we needed. And here we picked up a tour for 2 days. They also gave a bunch of advice on how and where to save money and get there faster or buy something.
