Chose a hotel based on reviews on the tourist truth. The settlement was normal. It seems to me that Europeans are better served in the hotel, because we didn't have soap or shampoo in the room, etc.

We bought the tour from the Sofia Tours agency, the quality was good. The flight was not postponed, everything was fine, on time. The flight was delayed for 15 minutes, but it's not scary.
