Tour operator is good, BUT
We rested from the Anex tour in Spain. There are no questions for the tour operator, the hotel, the transfer, the attentive attitude towards tourists - everything is wonderful, but the work of the hotel guide, namely Anna Bondar, is just a disgrace. If you don't take a tour, you'll be ignored until the end of your vacation. Once she appeared at the hotel and no longer answered any calls or messages.
