Don't mess with Incomartur
We were going on a tour of Italy since the beginning of October. The documents were handed over in August, and 10 days before departure, they reported that the visa had allegedly been denied. (There are 1-2 Schengen visas in the passport every year, the last one in May, besides the visas of Great Britain and Ireland). The documents lay in the firm for a MONTH and only on the eve of the visit to the embassy they were looked through.
