Terrible services
It so happened that thanks to the non-professional services of the TERRA agency (see the "good" review of it on their page) on October 14 my family got on a tourist trip to Khortytsia with the Krugozir agency! I didn't want to go on vacation with this agency at all, because I consider them non-professionals at the stage of communication with clients - there are several employees in the office, and when you go to them and ask questions about a certain tour, EVERYONE starts telling !! - it is impossible to find out who to listen to and who to talk to.

Terrible services
Try to go on a tourist trip with this "GREAT" company many times, but each time someone kept me from it - or did not fit the day or hour of departure, or did not arrange a tour program, but more often when visiting the agency no one was in the office, tel .calls immediately the head of TA said that she has the right to go out to dinner, that she can not constantly sit in the office… this time I decided to try again - a kind of "last chance"! His "GREAT" company did not pass, ruining my family's vacation! But, everything is fine… On October 14 we decided to go on a tour to Khortytsia, Zaporizhia.
