I liked the quality of service in this agency, I am satisfied with their work. The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t warn about the flight delay on the way back, although this information was already on the airline’s website. I would rate this agency 10 out of 10.

Everything was great, I liked everything, I am satisfied with the work of the agency. Everything was on time, only they did not warn about a flight delay of 1 hour, it was on the way back. On the way there, there was also a flight postponement, but the agency warned us about this transfer. I did not like the guide at the hotel, he was rude to all tourists, as far as I know, he has already been fired.
