Terribly!
We bought the tour and clearly discussed with the manager that we need 2 bedrooms in the room (otherwise, we do not buy the tour), to which the travel agency replied that you need to pay another 170 euros and then you will have 2 rooms. When we arrived, we were accommodated in the cheapest one-room hotel room. City Travel said it was a tour operator's mistake, but in fact, it was a city travel mistake that they didn't want to admit.
