Never, hear, NEVER buy a tour from this worthless tour operator. Alas, from my own experience, I will tell you what you can expect. Having paid for the tour by early booking (payment in March of the summer tour), having made them 100% prepaid, we got a bunch of hemorrhoids. When receiving documents, the monkey from Anex took the full package, noting what exactly was transferred.

We went with a company to Dnepropetrovsk. The guide's story is at the level of "I read it. I remember it poorly. I could not retell it. I read it to the rest from a cheat sheet."
