Everything was good in the agency, excellent service. Everything was done as needed, quickly. At first we chose a trip to the Emirates, we planned to buy it through another agency, but there, after making the payment, they called us the next day and said that the price had risen and we had to pay extra. How many of us flew, for the first time I meet such that you need to pay extra after we have already bought a tour.

Excellent quality of service, this is not the first time we fly with girls, everything is fine. This time there were problems with the flight, we had one departure time, on the Boryspil website - a different time, it was impossible to get through anywhere, as we flew on a day off .. in general, there were such troubles with the transfer. I had to call both the Borispol help desk and the carrier to find out, since there is a difference to leave the house at 6 in the morning or at 9.
