On August 22, 2019, by signing an agreement, I purchased a cruise with accommodation in a cabin with a balcony from the DAV club tour operator at the Boomerang Tour travel agency. You can read my review of this company on this site. On August 30, after the information sheet was sent out, they offered to replace the cabin with a balcony with an internal one, which categorically did not suit me.

DAV club throws tourists on cruises. Their booking of the tour does not mean that you will go on a cruise in compliance with the conditions that you paid after your booking was confirmed. your holiday arrangement, buying a bunch of train tickets, as well as your hotel reservation in the city of the beginning of the tour, just before the tour. At the same time, after informing you about the absence of a cabin with a balcony, on the website of the Cruise Club-partner of the DAV club, there will be information about the availability of cabins with a balcony for sale, which are actually not on sale and were not at the time of booking.
