We chose this hotel because the price matches the quality. Our check-in went quickly, we liked everything. We were settled ahead of schedule, we did not wait until 12:00 as it should have been, at 9:00 we were already in the room.

Review of travel agency Velvet
Communicated directly with the travel agency, they are wonderful. I really liked the director who served us, everything was quick and comfortable. All documents were filled out, everything was explained to them, there were no comments at all. We were kept fully informed of all the events, the flight was rescheduled with a departure from there to 3:00 in the afternoon, we were supposed to fly at 8:00 in the morning, but we were warned about this.
