I chose the tour myself, ordered it via the Internet, it was issued to me. Agency employees called, reminded about the departure, everything was in order with the service. We flew with the operator TEZ TOUR, on the way back, the flight was delayed for an hour, and we flew to Kyiv instead of the Dnieper, then we were taken to the Dnieper. We did not go on excursions that the guide offered, since we had already seen everything there, the guide was upset).
