This is a chain hotel, it was advised to me, I took advantage of the offer and went there, especially since at that time there was a good price for it. The hotel is nice, the only thing is the long pier.

I communicated with the manager of the agency remotely, since I am located territorially in Donetsk, they sent me all the documents on time, warned me about the flight delay, although the transfer was only 10 minutes. In addition, the agency provided me with incredible assistance, rescheduling the tour from December to January, because due to martial law, I could not go in December.
