The travel agency is very disappointed, the rest is ruined
The tour operator does not have reliable information about the quality and quantity of services provided, does not check the compliance with the site, or deliberately deceives the client. The attached Guide, after persistent calls, on the eve of departure, did appear, refused to look at the conditions in the room, wrote a written complaint to Tez Tour.
