I had only one remark to this agency. We took a tour to Egypt from them and we were not warned about the visa. It was a surprise that you need to apply for a visa. We had a rest for 15 days, and from 15 days you need to pay for a visa. We were confused, did not know whether to pay or not, and there was no one to tell. Back when flying from Egypt, we had a flight delay of 2 hours.
