I don’t have any claims from Ukraine, but from the Turkish side, the tour operator who hosted everything was somehow disorganized there. The meeting with the tour operator was normal, but when we left, I had to come 100,500 times to write to our guide so that he would throw me off when we still had an airport transfer and stuff like that. Although he did not even contact me, although I gave my contacts.
