There is no food to the agency, there were some problems with the representative of the tour operator in the hotel. First, they didn’t get ahead of us, if we had a whistle, then in the evening, together with the staff, the hotel had a chance to tell people, telling us if we had a flight. Then, without checking, we were settled in the same room that we booked, as a result, we were settled in the wrong one, the next day we had a chance to move.
