Fraudsters and deceivers!
The tour operator manipulates his tourists as he wants. Instead of purchased tours, they are taken to "their" hotels, they lie that the hotels where the tour was purchased are closed. I personally went to my originally purchased hotel and it was open and there were enough tourists there and all the certificates were available, moreover, they told me that my tour to them was rebooked to another hotel (without my participation !!!).
