The service was ok, but I won't go there again. We flew with a small child for the first time, with the manager we agreed on a departure time that would be convenient for us, we paid extra for the opportunity to choose a flight, but in fact the departures were at a different time, and the airport was different. This was not convenient for us, since we had to return to the airport in Zhuliany anyway, because our car, our warm clothes, remained there.

We contacted the TIS TOUR agency, everything was fine in terms of service, but I will not contact them again. It was important for me that the flights were the ones we chose, since we were with a small child, so we paid about $ 20 extra for choosing a departure time that was convenient for us. In fact, the flights were completely at the wrong time, in addition, we had to fly from Zhulyan, it was convenient for us, because we live nearby, there was a car with warm clothes, and as a result flew to Boryspil.
