The most terrible vacation in my life - with TUI!
I want to leave my feedback about the work of the TUI agency on 26 Antonovicha Street in Kyiv. First of all, it should be started with the fact that this is not TUI, but Olenov's SPD. Accordingly, the service that you pay for as a TUI will be provided to you at the SPD level. When I came to pay the money for the ticket and sign the contract, I was handed a weak number of documents written in small poppy - font size 8 or 10.
