Not the best organizer
I specified in advance whether or not the tour would take place, because we decided to travel 10 hours by train to Kyiv, stay there for a day and go on a tour. They said yes, so we bought tickets to Kyiv and back (on the return date from the tour) 3a 3 days before the date without hello and hello, a message arrives to us - the tour to the Carpathians will not take place Fuck, sell you tickets now? Asking for work back from vacation? Was it weak to write "good afternoon" and "sorry"? I do not recommend.
