I bought a tour to Turkey on the Internet - an online system on the TUI-Mostrevel website. I found the online booking system to be very convenient. You can see everything - the hotel, are there air tickets, transfers, etc. No need to call and find out all the details on the phone for half an hour. I sent an application, and the next day the manager called me in the morning and asked for the data for drawing up the contract.
