They don’t want to consult over the phone, they don’t value their clients
I flew through this travel agency 2 times, to Abu Dhabi and to Cyprus with my husband and son. In principle, I was satisfied with everything. True, from the very beginning, they mistakenly sold my paid tour to Abu Dhabi to another client, but the issue was resolved in time. This year I wanted to fly through them to Cyprus or Spain, I called the office and talked with the manager Yulia.
