Travel agency is fine. Individual managers are inadequate
We bought a tour to a Turkish hotel. "Pegas" additionally arranged for us a free tour to the "textile market". Don't fall for this tour! The market turned out to be an ordinary store for the unknowing, prices are 4-5 times higher than in the market near the hotel. The girl accompanying us, when she saw that no one was taking things, changed dramatically in her face and turned from a sweet girl into an embittered lady.
