Everything was fine in the agency, everything is fine. I was satisfied. I have no complaints about them. But the hotel does not correspond to the declared level, as the agency later told me that it was a budget 5k. But I have no questions for the agency. Upon my return, the agency was interested in how we went, although not all agencies are interested.
