The quality of service in the agency was good. I worked with a tourism manager, whose name is Natalia, if I'm not mistaken, I always choose tours myself, I only had paperwork at the agency, everything went quickly, they processed it without problems, I'm satisfied with their work for 5+. There were no problems with the quality of the transfer either.
