Failure to comply with the terms of the contract, lost time, missed opportunities
A month after the purchase of the tour, it turned out that the terms of the trip were changing due to the cancellation of the charter on the day of departure. We paid extra for the extended trip time (14 days instead of 10). After 2 months, it turns out that the reservation for the selected hotel is canceled and either you have to pay extra again or agree with one of the two proposed hotels (obviously worse than the paid one).
