There were three of us, so we chose the budget option. The room itself was dirty, nothing worked, they said that moving to another room costs $ 20, we did not give it, since the mood had already been spoiled by these flights.

The service in the agency is normal, the operator we had was Join UP, the transfer of the flight was on the way to Egypt, we were supposed to fly out at 7 pm, and flew out at 8 am the next day, so we are very unhappy. On the way back, we were also picked up from the hotel earlier, the flight was supposed to be at 11 am, and we were picked up from the hotel at 3 am, earlier.
