We bought a tour from this agency. Everything was good in choosing and designing the tour. We flew with the Anex tour. We had a flight rescheduling, but it did not depend on the agency, it was the carrier. We took a tour with an extra charge for an early departure. But we didn't have an early flight or a late flight. Our flight was rescheduled for the morning.
