Disgusting service!!! It just seems that Alena, the leader (to herself, apparently) is engaged in some kind of fraud, she considers her work finished as soon as she receives the money. It is impossible to get through to her, and when she can, she just comes up with another excuse, consisting in delaying the final answer, about a visa or a hotel, or something else, says that she will call back, and never calls back.
