The girl is very adequate, although she has now retired. But the operator was very cool: she told everything, showed, called and immediately found out everything. Questions that I didn't even think about. I went on vacation with children and this girl organized everything very cool. There were no questions about the transfer. We drove from Genichesk to Lviv and everything was on schedule, everything was clear.
