Competent staff, on the selection of tours.
We bought a tour to Thailand for the New Year, left an application at the end of autumn. Of course, it is on the dates of the New Year that the prices for tours are somewhat overpriced, but we were arranged for the price of the tour that we were picked up in Travelata. We were in Phuket at the Baramee Resortel. Nothing special, but the rooms are spacious and beautiful, not far from the beach, the staff is polite - in general, the hotel was chosen exactly as we wanted.
