The service was so-so, in a nutshell. There were transfers of flights, there was an offer to pay extra to fly on another flight. I was forced to inquire about availability, departure times, etc. myself. In a word, I had to figure out all the details regarding the departure myself, and not the travel agency. I even did the selection of the tour myself, they just arranged it for me.

Review of Rock Fort Hotel
I chose the hotel myself, because I was interested in this particular beach. Check-in and check-out at the hotel went smoothly. The room was good, but due to the specifics of Sri Lanka, there were a lot of all sorts of insects.
