Incompetent and deceitful staff from manager to director
I ordered a tour in March 2018 for June 15, in March TK Welt tour was confirmed and I paid 100% of the cost. And in May I was informed that the hotel does not confirm the number. Shock! As it is, everything has already been agreed and paid for. It immediately became clear that the manager was lying. I wrote to the hotel directly and they answered me that there was confirmation from the hotel for a long time.
