This is the first time I've encountered such a responsible travel agency.
Responsibility and decency are the forte of this agency. We used them to apply for a foreign passport in the summer of 2014 in Donetsk, to be honest, after all the events in the city, the OVIR does not work, we did not hope to pick up our passports. But no, the girls called when the OVIR opened for a week, we came and took it away. And our acquaintances did it in another agency - they can’t find passports.
