Very poor organization of tours
I applied for services to the travel agency "Iris" with the intention of visiting the island of Khortytsya. The trip was scheduled for 08/13/2011. At the request of the manager of the company, she made an advance payment on 08.08.2011. The staff of the agency assured me of the reliability of their company and the quality of the services provided. Unfortunately, everything turned out to be far from as rosy as they were told.
