The quality of service in the agency is average. I came in order to buy a tour to a specific hotel, but they began to convince me and offer other options. I didn’t consider other hotels and wanted this one, so I didn’t like the fact that they began to convince me. Later, the agency called me back, they said that the tour to my hotel is relevant and you can book it, I arrived and immediately bought it.
