Helped me get my paperwork ready!
Thanks to the guys, it took a week and a half to get a passport and visas for an urgent trip to Vienna, which they did as promised. The passport was made in 4 days and visas in 5 days, I am silent about air and insurance, everything was brought in the evening, after hours, to our home.
