All is well but no more
We have the same story as in the previous review. The room was paid as 2 + 1 (child 7 years old) but there were no beds or towels in the room. After 2 calls to the reception, towels were brought on the second day, but after dinner they cleaned and took the towels.

Holidays in Bad Gastein
The hotel is not pompous, but everything is very sincere, clean and unobtrusive. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and varied, the staff is very nice. Many thanks to the Russian-speaking Ruslan, who will answer any question and fulfill any request with such enthusiasm, as if it brings him pleasure.
