Non-professional service
Agency staff do not have information on the condition of hotels. Sent to Hilton Sharks Bay, painting a high level of service. Actually the hotel is DIRTY !! There is nothing to eat. I had to move to another hotel, and on my own, but neither the agency nor the tour operator Join Up did not provide any assistance. Shame on you!
