Terrible customer service!!!
Twice we used the services of the tour operator Coral Travel and the charter flights of the UIA airline they ordered. In 2019, a full day of rest was stolen from a planned vacation in a Sharm el-Sheikh hotel according to the official version - "optimization of the flight program", through which the departure time from both Boryspil and Sharm from "convenient" according to the plan (there - in the early morning and back - in the evening) turned into very "uncomfortable" (back and forth in the evening, back in the early morning).

A worthy hotel!
The hotel made a very good impression, we were satisfied with the rest! Very large well-groomed territory, swimming pools in excellent condition; friendly, helpful and accommodating staff.
