Attention!!!! I want to warn everyone who is going or is just going to Italy with Intourist. I flew from 3 to 13 July. It remains in deep disappointment from the operator, tk. I felt "scam" in everything. I chose an operator with t.z. reliability, fame, but as always did not look at the reviews. I chose a hotel, made an advance payment (for a month), the hotel was confirmed, paid the remaining amount (3 weeks before departure).
